What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! We want you to love your experience with AGASHII and your new Korean skin care and makeup products. On the off chance that you don't, we're here to help!
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Just send an email to email@example.com with your order number and what item(s) you want to return, and we'll get you taken care of.
Please note, products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused; that means sheet masks are not eligible for return once opened. You will also need to ensure that the product has not been compromised in any way, including though not limited to, placed in areas of extreme temperatures, such as left in a hot car.
Once your return is received and inspected, you refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please note we do NOT OFFER A FREE RETURNS POLICY. You will be liable for the return shipping costs.
